Our first Twitter client
10 February 2010 04:19
As discussed in an earlier post, we have recently launched our new website. While it is far from complete, today I Tweeted , (http://twitter.com/cattlecreative) asking for thoughts and suggestions regarding the new website design.
I received an email from Jennie at The Venue Shop, http://www.thevenueshop.ie expressing an interest in our services. Apparently Jennie had read my post, visited the new website, http://www.cattlecreative.com and decided to contact us for some advice.
Now perhaps I need to get out more often, but I found all of this pretty exciting - but more importantly, I realised that Jennie did not contact me because I was trying to sell her something, she did not contact me because my Twitter posts bragged about our amazing services, she contacted me because I reached out on the Twitterverse, asking for support.
I guess the lesson here really is that if you use Twitter as a means of communication, if you read more than you Tweet, if you engage those who follow you, then, and only then will you your business will reap the rewards.
Cattle Creative launch a new website.

It’s been a long time coming, but as we recently rebranded, changing our name from Cattle & Co, to Cattle Creative, we thought we should also redesign our website.
We spent a lot of time looking at various web agency web designs, locally, nationally and internationally. It was surprising just how little variation there is, especially from companies who get paid to help businesses get noticed - so we decided to opt for something totally different - something that was fun, professional and to the point. I think we succeeded!
Keep checking back, we will be adding some pretty cool features in the coming weeks, plus a couple of indispensible free guides that are sure to be of interest to our clients, new businesses, web designers, website owners and seo specialists.
