WANTED:

Project Manager

The Project Manager will report directly to the Managing Director and will work closely with a small roster of clients .The main responsibility of the role is to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget with client expectations fully managed. The Project Manager will be the primary point of contact for their clients during the delivery phase of our client projects.

The role has two distinct areas of responsibility which could be divided as:

Client

  • Understanding the marketing, brand, technology and strategic goals of our Clients businesses
  • Providing advice to our clients according to their needs throughout the project lifecycle
  • Producing comprehensive status reports and maintaining client information flow
  • Obtaining sign off internally and from clients on completion of deliverables
  • Closely managing the change control process to minimize scope creep whilst ensuring the clients’ expectations are exceeded

Internal

  • Ensuring all work adheres to the company policies, safety rules, statutory regulations and standards
  • Become an ambassador for your clients businesses / projects within Cattle Creative
  • Timely and accurate invoice management in conjunction with Finance
  • Ownership of revenue targets through delivering ON TIME and ON BUDGET
  • Ensuring internal and external resources are working to plan, to spec and within budget
  • Input into the strategic direction of our clients online business

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to put our clients' needs at the centre of what you do on a daily basis
  • A passion for digital media and marketing.
  • E-Commerce expertise
  • Strong inter personal skills with internal and external stakeholder management
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Agency experience
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Proven ability to deliver a range of multiple digital projects in parallel
  • Experienced at managing and co-ordinating planners, information architects, designers, developers, producers and freelance resources
  • A methodical approach, with excellent attention to detail
  • An ability to assist with detailed requirements analysis and an ability to write detailed functional specifications

DESIRABLE:

  • Integration with ERP / CRM / Fulfilment systems
  • PRINCE 2 knowledge and experience
  • Agile / SCRUM knowledge and experience
  • Technical, consultancy or support background
  • Account Management experience
  • Client side experience – managing projects and budget administration
  • Strategic project leadership
